FIREPROOF
Provident Film and Sherwood Pictures (or, the FACING THE GIANTS people) are working up another movie and the trailer is OUT!!!!!!!!! The movie is supposed to be released August 2008 so tell me what you think!!!! More on J-dude's birthday later!
it will, I'm sure. Have you seen Ice Princess? Lulu got it for her birthday and we watched it yesterday... it was ok. Hey I need to call you. Today we're going shopping and tomorrow I have to get ready for the dress rehearsal and then go to the dress rehearsal but maybe tomorrow or Thursday.
Is it the one about the poor girl that wanted to ice skate, adn her friend was rich and didn't like it, but her mom made her anyway? Never seen the whole thing, just like five minutes.
Meggy, Fireproof is going to much rock my face off...I watch the trailer several times a week...*sigh* Why do these movies TAKE so long? :P Rhetorical question, btw... I read the Ice Princess book, (based off the movie) and in my opnion :P A Cinderella Story was MUCH better. I really liked that movie... Jazzy, you got me hooked! But, Kirk Cameron looks awesome in this movie!!!! Do you like his acting?
Haven't seen a whole lot of it... just snippets here and there. BUT! I liked what I saw and his ministry work and such!!!! And here he sure ain't bad a'lookin!:P I've seen Cinderella Story but it was a good bit ago and I disremember it!!!:0
Ice Princess is cute but the snorkfish goes against what she knows is right to "follow her heart". Bull-lony! For entertainment purposes it was fine but I wouldn't recomend it.

But....but....ma-....maybe that's what they mean. :P Just maybe. No, personally, I think following your heart...blech. It doesn't get you anywhere good.
Well, really, I know what ya'll mean; if we follow our heart, sometimes we will be following the evil intents of our hearts that our brought on by our sin nature. But, saying "follow your heart" isn't so bad. Really, I think it means to follow your inner feelings, what you feel way down deep inside as far as you can go or there in your heart, not your beating, bleeding heart, but the one further down, the one you can FEEL... the one that jumps and flips and burns and tells you things, tells you the truth, whether or not you want to hear it. It's the part of you that knows the real truth, when your mind tries to convince you otherwise or doesn't want to believe it. It contains your innermost feelings. It reveals things you didn't know about yourself. It will often tell you what you really want to, or really should, do. If you don't know what to do, follow your heart. Ok, I'm sure that grossed ya'll out. But really.
Emy can be DEEP!:P Yeah, true, but your feelings shouldn't be what you count on. That conscience part of your heart should be the part that's telling you to do the right thing. Emy's conscience got bored over here last night and I don't know where she went, but she's back now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll bring her back in May, I just hope she doesn't follow me back!
Well true Meggy... but yeah I think your conscience is part of that heart of hearts. You know, to say that I'm a person without a conscience doesn't sound very good. ^_^ :P

Hannah, I'm not writing a song about a cheesy line like that. And I heard this one song, it was country, but deep. It said,"If heartaches had wings, she would fly." And I was all, whoa. Sweet. Here's another lame one. Ahem. "Love like the morning, always new, always changing, always beautiful." But, that is only partly true. what about when you wake up to a storm and trees are flying across your window and killing people? That's not beautiful. That's just wrong.
But it sounds nice. And, sometimes, love isn't all smiles and flowers and happy things. Sometimes rough things happen, even in love. And it only said it was always new, changing, and beautiful. If every morning was bright and sunshiny, it wouldn't be always new and changing.
I agree with you, Emma. :P "Can't live by what I feel, but by the truth your word reveals..." (East to West)... And, Jazzy, SOMETIMES killing people CAN be beautiful....
Death is not beautiful. It came b/c of Sin and sin is ugly and horrific and cannot be looked upon by God.
Follow your heart is *bleep* b/c the "Heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. Who can know it?" Jeremiah? Emy, just b/c you have Jesus doesn't mean that our sin nature still doesn't "war with our spirit". We are not to follow our heart b/c it is driven by emotion. Rather we are to be driven by the Truth of God's word. Some times our emotions don't feel right but we know that God wants us to do something and there is a peace that is somehow seperate from those emotions. No don't follow your heart. Follow Christ and if your heart should follow.

THAT, Emy-gal is how come we say don't follow your heart. It doesn't mean to never pay attention to your conscience or emotions, but that your guide should ultimately be your Lord, and you should follow Him, even if your wicked and deceitful heart is prodding you otherwise. Not that you (emy) have a particularly wicked heart, I'm just using the general 'you' ;^p
Lady and Lana, you're very right. But for the convenience of the moment and trying to be deep and get them off of the other extreme, I only used my DO follow your heart talk... :P But you're both right...

But, in Attack of the Clones (aka, the worst Star Wars ever) they are good and save all the Jedi, but in Revenge of the Sith, they kill all the Jedi, so they are bad, okay? Got it? No? Didn't think so.
Nope. That's confusing. (I get confused easily... you should've seen me trying to learn to play chess! :P) Why can't they just make up their minds whether they're gonna be good or bad? Maybe I'll understand better in May... MAYbe... :P slap me.. Oh and I don't mind being called naive... "I am [15] going on [16] I know that I'm naive..."
