Concert!!!!

Last night I went with Pam, Jen, and Rommel to the Bread of Stone/VOTA/Decemberadio/newsboys concert!!! We took our seats in the balcony and got ready for da show! Bread of Stone was up first, and they were pretty great! My reputation will be ruined if you listen to their stuff on iTunes, but they were TONS better live!!!!!! They were one of the loudest bands with lotsa guitar and hot drumming! So when they get a LIVE cd, buy that one:) But check them out and see what you think!

THEN.... VOTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were amazing!!!! They sang Alright, Hard to Believe, Honestly, and Free to Fail - basically all the songs I had hoped they would sing!!! I was so excited!!! You can download a special album of theirs for free at http://www.peoplescitymission.com/ As Rommel pointed out, we could've gone home right then and I would've been satisfied, but Decemberadio was up next!!! They sang a couple new songs, Everlasting God (pleasant surprise) and even some hymns! They set the focus for some great worship time coming up after the intermission when... MICHAEL TAIT comes up as the new lead singer for newsboys!!! I knew he would be doing this, but I wasn't expecting it so soon! The crowd went nuts (like newsboys was the main attraction of the night or something:P) and the newsboys were magnificent!!!!!!!!!!! Michael Tait did a great job, and since he's Michael Tait, they sang Colored People and In the Light!!!! Since I still call DC Talk one of my favorite bands, I was insanely happy. As the Newsboys they sang their good ones like I am Free, Breakfast, Something Beautiful, Shine, and the like. They did some worship time with Blessed Be the Name and I think Amazing Grace and some other great ones that made everyone praise God. It was really amazing - worshiping God with a zillion other people I didn't even know!
After the show was over we rushed down to try to get to VOTA first. Failed miserably, but I worked my way through the free download crowd to say hey and get them to sign the little poster I made. I had earlier made an "I heart VOTA" shirt that I was wearing and they said, "No way!" "You made yourself a shirt?" "It's our first fan!":P They signed my poster and made some video of me with their phone! Then when we found our camera holder we went back and they signed my shirt and we got a picture!!! I'm still in estcasy:) Actually the lead singer didn't just SIGNATURE the shirt, he actually wrote his nickname (Bry) with a little smiley face, as I discovered later:D

Didn't take long to get a picture with Decemberadio either:D They were real nice and complimented my little homemade poster while signing:)

It was a superfun night! Thank you to Pam and Jen and Rommel for taking me and thank you to God for inventing concerts, since they are the awesomest things in the world!!!:D

Me with VOTA (Supercool!!!!!!!!)

DA BUZZ

Guess what my sis got for Christmas? A Great Dane puppy!!! His name is BUZZ. He's so cute and we all love him! He is deaf, and that takes some getting used to, but Lane's been working on training him to hand signals and he's getting good at it! Here's some pictures...

Check out those blue eyes!!!:D

Lane and Buzz

How cute!!!!

Oh, and listen to this funny conversation I had with 4 yo Mayf while in the kitchen recently...

Mayf: "What's this?"

Me: "Glass cleaner"

Mayf: "What does it say on it?"

Me: "Um, 'Glass Cleaner' "

Mayf: "Oh. To clean glass?"

Me: "Yep!"

Mayf: "Oh... Meg?"

Me: "Yeah?"

Mayf: "Can I clean some glass?"

Me: "Um... sure!" I raised a brow and showed him how to clean to sliding glass door.

After awhile Mayf came back. "All done!"

"Good job! Here, put the glass cleaner in this cabinet."

He did. Then said, "Meg?"

"Hmmm?"

"Can I get it back out and clean some more glass? The other side is still dirty."

"Well, sure!" I get it back out and give it back. After awhile he comes back. I say, "You done?"

Mayf: "Yup." He puts the bottle back in the cabinet.

Me: "Does it look good?"

Mayf: "Nope. The Glass Cleaner's got all gone before I was done."

Me: "Oh."

The birds twitter for about two minutes.

Mayf: "Meg?"

Me: "Yeah?"

Mayf: "Can I help you make cookies?"

Me: "Sure."

I made this picture of him recently... it totally matches his little personality! Han Solo all the way!!!:P

The Arkansas boyz

By popular demand (and Lana is the very essence OF popular demand)... a post on the subject of Wingycuzin visit!!! I'd been planning to post, but there was so much to post about that it seemed a bit daunting. So, here you shall hear of the Wingys. A good time to post about them, as I just got off the webcam with them about 10 minutes ago. And throughout the year you will probably hear about Christmas. Ya never know!

Well, the Wingycuzins FINALLY drove up to our house, which happened to be quite devoid of snow or ice, making it difficult to sled. (If Justin were here I'm sure he would note that it was NOT impossible - that just wasn't ground we were keen on exploring at the time:P) They brought along their Wii, and we played a bunch of Mario Kart! They had even created a Wii guy that looked like each of us that we could play as - I was not bad, but Simon Cowell was better:P

What else did they bring? AIR SOFT GUNS!!!!!!!!!!!! You've heard the quote from our dear Dr. Suess: "Day, play! We play all day - Night, fight! We fight all night!" Well here it was just the opposite - we fought all day with air soft guns... and I'll tell you what the nightlife was like in a moment:) But we played around the school, which was fun until the police kicked us to the forest. That was fun too. I'd post a picture... but maybe I will later. Got challenged to a duel by the General Drallen - so I picked the weapons. I got Dad's heavy machine gun and he got a pistol!!!!!! Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!! Dad counted out (roughly) 20 paces, then I whirled around and let her loose. Pegged him who knows how many times, but he was determined to shoot me even if I shot him through the brain. But he didn't. But he restored a certain amount of dignity during...

The NIGHTLIFE!!!!!!!!!! We play all night!!!!!!!! RED ALERT II was IN! We switched up the teams between Dad, Mr. Wingy, Drallen, Sticks, Com-10, Jakeo, and me. Won some, got beat some, but Drallen beat me on our game (singular) of Rise of the Witch King. I was tired... what time do you say it was Drallen?

And then they LEFT. They're still gone. Right now. Depressing. Seems like they should always stay. Well, they're all still fit as ever - Drallen's still singing "Bare Necessities", and I swear Com-10's grown a foot. His voice change was a little creepy to get used to for the first 10 minutes, but we're all ok now:P Jakeo and I had a good time tying people's shoes together, playing drunk outside of DICK'S SPORTING GOODS, keeping up with each other at the zoo, and slinking. And that Jax will be taller than me, like, NEXT YEAR, it's REALLLLLLLLY scary! But he was a good boy - he and Jakeo said "What is thy bidding my master" EVERY TIME I told them to:D

Even though I hate it like anything when they go, it's fun having them here! We all miss em a lot, but we just webcamed and that was about the funnest thing! Can't wait till next time they come... the weather will be nicer then for serious air soft fights!!!!!

Since I don't have a pic of them to post, I will post a random one...

Very nice. It looks like me and Com-10 when we decide to stare each other down for no reason, then walk away mumbling! Heehee! Let's play online sometime you guys! Love ya!

Meggy T the INVINCIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's Already Over Now...

Yup! The Christmas Program at church is over! After a long while of working on it, tonight was the night. We showed up early to practice, puttered around for a little, then a horrid burst of static and fearful noise eng-swmf-SPLODED out of the speakers. Turns out it was Dad's electric drums acting up (who knows what the problem is, but I'll be praying about this one!). Tonight of all nights? Nothing could be done and Dad would just have to sit in the audience and watch and not play drums. Suddenly I got veeeerrrrrrrry nervous. I still don't know why... I play the keyboard at church every week! Maybe it was because we had worked on this so much and put so much thought into this one AND Dad wasn't gonna be up there. I think everyone else was a bit nervous too, but it turned out well and for the most part, everything functioned. The videos were great, and so were the cookies. God was there the whole time. Pam took a picture of the artful matching worship team minus Dad that maybe I'll post up here. Now I can let out a breath... wait - nix that. Wedding to shoot tomorrow! It's back to work!:P

If I don't post till Christmas.....

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes... things happen.

I hath done it today.
It is finished.
What is finished you ask?
Or maybe you didn't.
Well, I'll tell you anyway.
Anybody know the word.... SAXON?
As in, MATH?
After 10 years - that's one-zero YEARS (which are 365 days each and maybe two or three leap years)
I have DONE IT!
I have finished the LAST Saxon Math lesson I will ever do!
The last lesson of the last book.
I have done it.
I tied up ten years worth of math by drawing a graph on problem 25.
Just that simple!
Ten years!!!
Ten years all done.
Comment and congratulate me, all you jealous people!!!
On yet another school note, I have found that I have enough credits to graduate in the class of 09 and go to college next year. Whoa. But we decided to wait and concentrate on ACT prep, and CLEP prep, and driving. CoOoOoOoOol.
Well, that's my school life. Now to all my other lives.
My writing life is going quite well. Preparing for NaNoWriMo, which you should all do. I am writing many things. Be sure to participate on the ongoing comment story hosted by our dear Pip. Post a comment with your next part of the story! Be creative, yet stay with the storyline somewhat remotely.
God is showing me little new things every day in my spiritual life. I've been thinking a lot on the subject of worship, as has been everybody else on our church worship team. I wrote a post on it here. I'd like to know what YOU think worship is!
My football life is depressing.
My fantasy football team hasn't won yet because I have good players that are performing badly. But Tom Brady's out and the Giants are on a roll.
Hate the Cowboys.
Love their QB.
Complications out my ears.
My movie-making life is rocking. Hear now a top secret, never-to-be-revealed, 100% classified set of lines from one of our not as lame movies, THE SECRET LIFE OF DARTH VADER!!!!!
"Where ya goin' with those chips Darth?"
"Jedi Santita. It would be better for you if you let me and my chips pass. I must get back in time to force-choke Rex Grossman."
"I can't let you do that Darth. Rex Grossman is on my fantasy team!"
And a heated fight ensues. And the crowd goes wild.
How many other lives do I have? I know not. But if they cause trouble, I'll be sure to let you know.
Comment me, people of the world!!!

Let's curdle a little blood, shall we?

My corp has unofficial lost this round of Trade Wars. Pain and agony. Nobody except my clan and the Winguys know what I'm talking about, but we went in last night and tried to wipe out the evil base. We failed. Many of us died. The worst part is that I lost my precious cool Battleship, the Ofaic Thezeqoc. I had pulled this ship in and built it up from nothing! I saved it from the depths of junkyardom! It did excellent work for me. Then we just took her into the path of the qcannon, knowing 100% she would die, just to give us some cover. And she blew into a million pieces trying to save us! Oh, my Thezeqoc! I miss you so! *sob*. When we couldn't nail bigbadbase, we tried to pop Ferrengal and ran outta money before we succeeded. By then, Drallen and I were the only ones alive. Next round I dunno if I'll go red or blue or whose corp or what, but I know I'm gonna have a battleship named the Ofaic Thezeqoc.
For everyone's info, I now have a HSB mostly for writing and NaNoWriMo purposes. Check it out at www.homeschoolblogger.com/outlawedprincess. CoOoOoOoOoOol!!!
Tonight we're having our pastor's family over to watch Facing the Giants and have pizza! Funfunfun!
STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS was released in theaters today! I can't decide if I think it's gonna be totally cool, or just plain lame. Hmmmmm... Chief and the Winguys are seeing it as we speak, and they're supposed to tell me how it is.
Preseason football has begun!!!!! I'm happy about it. The Colts are pretty weak right now, as all the starters are hurt, but that should be fixed by the time the season starts. Superbowl, here we come!!!!!!
The Olympics are also back!!!! USA basketball team is doing excellently.
Saturday we're going to the zoo. Cooooooooool.
School's starting up! So, have a great week while you DON'T have it!!!!:P Well, have a great week if you do have it too:P

Aim at nothing - hit it every time/It's gonna be.....alright/Everything about You.... it takes my breath away

If you find my face, I'll be surprised. It was COMPLETELY ROCKED OFF last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went to a CONCERT!!!!!!!!!!! It was the most fun possible!!!!!!!!! The Who's and Whats? Glad you asked!!!!

Yeah. Sweetness. Dad took Lane, Sticks, Lou, and me to the Mr. Biggs place for this funnity!!!!! Of course, we're early, just like I like. Lou and I ran up to the stage so we could stand right there. And we did, man. Through the whole concert the microphone was parked right in front of the leaning-on-the-stage me so I was pretty much looking up the singers nose getting sprayed by all the spit - yeas really. It was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

So Dad says WILLET is the opening band. Right now, you should be thinking, WILLET????? WHO ON EARTH?!?!?! That's what I thought. They were formerly known as CLEARVIEW, and Dad had looked into them a little and said they were pretty darn good heavy metal - kinda like RED. So I was looking forward to liking them. We're standing up there (RIGHT UP FRONT) and they come out AND ROCK THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 brothers: Jeremy, Justin, and Jordan Willet with the ages of 23, 19, and 16. They were SO GREAT!!! I was mesmerized. Guys and Gals, buy their stuff - at least give them a listen, they're wonderful!!! Jazzy, you'll love em. They also have HUGE hearts for God and the children in Africa!!! We're now sponsoring a little boy there. Check out this link for more details on how you can do that yourself. Jeremy (lead singer) gave me and Lane the hand squeeze thing during the concert - just us. Made me happy and I swiped his water bottle he'd been sipping during guitar solos!!! When they were cleaning up afterward I asked Jeremy (I was RIGHT IN FRONT and he was up there about his business) if I could keep it and he said it was all mine. I said, "So neat that yall are all brothers!!!" He said, "Yup! All except that drummer. He's the outcast." Heehee! Later when we were leaving I had to go say hi to the Justin and Jordan Willet, but they said hi before I even got to their little table!!! They looked straight in the eyes of whoever they were talking to and were very approachable and so sweet!!!!!!! I had my CD and they said, "Oh you got a CD? That's awesome!" I asked if they had a sharpie on them and they said, "Oh yeah! You bet!" They busted the CD open and signed it. They were very sweet and friendly and nice and I wish Fort Collins wasn't so far or I'd go see them again tonight. Had to wait for Jeremy to get done with pictures with some people then he was happy to scribble a scribble on it for me too. I'm looking at their signatures and Jeremy's empty water bottle right now and listening to KEEP THE AMMO DRY!!! Check out their stuff! Don't miss out!!!

Okokokokok. Next up was VOTA!!!!!! Yeeeeee-ah. You probably know them as CASTING PEARLS. Talked to him before the show (I was RIGHT UP FRONT) and he wouldn't tell why he switched the name of the band! The nerve! But they really rocked too he was pretty funny! Just got their CD off iTunes! Haven't listened to it yet.

THEN.......................... ya know em....... ya love em........... SANCTUS REAL!!!!!!!!! He ran up onstage and started givin out high fives - me first!!!!!!! Screebeees!!! He sounded GREAT!!!! Just the same as on the CD!!! One time he smiled, raised his eyebrows, gave me that thumbs-up point and held up the microphone to me - I sang "everything about you.... it takes my breath away" YEAH!!!!! He handed out some tokens to Mr. Biggs and I got one! There was a scuffle going on beside me over those:P He hand-squeezed me again later, then handshook me again after that right before they left (So Emy if your hand is Lauren, maybe mine should be.... Willet Real?). Everybody screamed, "ONE MORE SONG!" until they came back out and sang "Say it Loud"! It was astounding amazing! I'm still having fun from it and it's the day after it actually happened!!!!

DEFINITELY check out this tour!!!! Ya ain't beating this folks!!!!

The Catch of Wingycuzins.... Now you see them - Now you don't

VERSE OF THE DAY: Purify me from my sins, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. Psalm 51:7

Theysa gone. The Wingys stayed for 4 days of total awesomeness, and now BAM!!!! They're not here. It's amazing how long it takes them to get here and then how quickly they leave. Well, enough sad. Here's some junk we did...
First, they GOT HERE!!!!!!!! This time when we were waiting outside it was light out and not freezing cold. Cool!:) Had some dinner and talked, gave Drallen his mutilated OUTBOUND FLIGHT book back after another slight chew-out, and now I have SURVIVOR'S QUEST. We had a sword fight, during which I ended up with my back against the gate with at least 4 swords to my throat if I moved my eyeballs (where are spies when you need them?:P I honestly don't know how I ended up by my onesie, but I'll forgive them cuz it doesn't happen often). Next day I think it was we played some good wiffle ball!!! Here's some pics:

A hit by Comten!!!!

Throw it to Stonewall already!

Froggy watched

"Uh... pitches a little higher please?"

It was the bomb. We played 2 games: big people vs. little people. Played some street soccer too, but have no pictures. My days are getting mixed up, so I'm just listing here. We went on a hike somewhere by red rocks. Here's a picture:

Twas fun! Watched MASTER & COMMANDER. Twas good and I liked it! "Don't count your chickens before they're in the pudding".

General Spy got promoted!!!! Comediantennis scarcely said an unfunny line. Jax seriously grew or I just noticed he was tall. Drallen joined the enemy Spy Team!!!!!! Now the Unholy Alliance is broken!:P

Letsee... what else? We took a big bike ride a Waterton Canyon that is THE COOLEST place to bike or hike! Except I started out with a wipe out on my bike. I mean, I haven't pedaled 3 times before the bike STOPPED and I flew. Spit out some rocks and my hands were real messed up, so I wasn't loving that bikes have to have handlebars. General -I mean Corporal Spy doesn't seem to notice that detail on the bicycle structure \0/:P So anyways I guessed the kickstand got caught in the wheel cuz it was kinda loose. Hmmm. Then the whole time I had to pedal constantly cuz if I stopped, the bike did. Thought it was probably just me till I didn't go DOWNHILL as fast as anybody else. Turns out I was fighting my malfunctioning brake the whole time. But while I was alive, it was fun!:P

Gaming!!!!!!!! Played Rise of the Witch King with Drallen. Was nervous when starting, as I hadn't played since... I played him last. But he choked out some dagummits and no ways when he could breathe after he saw my impenetrable wall. Made him nervous as time went on cuz I held out so well... first objective completed! But.... I lost. With men that were fighting it all out kicking and screaming. Died hard. So I was fairly happy. Not like last time when the Joyfuls GAVE UP THE BASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok. Beat him at RED ALERT 2, not COMPLETELY honorably, but I was winning by a zillion before Dad came in to send in the clowns AND you know it JA!!!!!!!!!!! I shall pause before the bomb for affect and talk about something else.

We had a hot dog and marshmellow roast with Mom's fire pit! Coolcoolcool!!!!!!! J-dude says S'mores too!

Sword-fighted (uh... swordfought? Swordfoughtsen? Swordfit?) at Sancuary Park. And the school. And the yard.

Dad took some pics of Wingys. These aren't all fixed yet.

This is what goes on behind the scenes of a photoshoot! The trick? It's called CROP:P Heehee!

Now the Bomb. The Undefeated General (Drallen), The Rookie (Mr. W), The Retired One (Dad), and The Ever Undaunted and Firey (Thad be Me) hooked up some computers (a long process) to play Rise of the Witch King (The coolest game)!!! It was Taggs vs. Wingys. Dad actually convinced JA to give up the Dwarves (whoa) so he was... Isengard I think. Mr. W was Men and so was I, and Daddo was Dwarves. Drallen was the first to be taken out of the fight. I mean handicapped pretty bad. Fun to hear the screams and dangs!!!!!:P Mr. W had never played before so I was surprised at how good he did with those horses! I had my Aragorn running around Summoning the Army of the Dead and rocking on! More screams. Dad and I got Mr. W out and found Drallen's secret base. A couple of earthquakes and it was gone. The Taggs are VICTORIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Huzzah!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was awesome!!!!!!!!!

And it's already over. But it was great. Can't wait till Winter to do it again! Miss yall guys!!!

Curiosity can be GOOD for you!

WOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm back from AR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! It was like God was working everything out from nice weather to plane tickets to make sure we had a good time!!!!!!!!! It was a week full of happy!!!!!!!!!
Lady Lana the Adorable and Sir Luke the Impossible's wedding was magnificent. Her dress was GORGEOUS and she looked like an angel. Oh yeah, and Luke was there too! (kidding Yuke you looked great too:P) But it was spectacular and sweet.
Hung with Lady, watched some movies and saw her new house... cool!!! Went to see Prince Caspian with Lady, Emy, HannahE, Cassie, Cole, Nicole, Jake, Drallen, Comediantennis, General Spy, Stonewall, and... uh... that might be it! Good movie - Bad book following. Spent the night at Emy's and stayed up till 5am watching movies and talking... I was fueled ONLY on caffeine the next day. But it was fun even though we didn't get to watch HALF of our movies.... waaa. Oh yeah and went to the mall with her too before that and made some... interesting podcasts!!!!!:P Went to a swap party at Britterbear's and that was funfunfun!!! Got to see many peoples and got me a shirt! Went to a Wingding (fun game night at the Wingys) and played, and saw absolutely EVERYBODY (except poor Disneyworld junkie Jazz:P) I could've wanted to!!!!!!!!! It was soooooo much fun and the Wingys are about the SWEETEST people ever to walk the face of the planet for setting that up! About the most fun I've had in a long time.
Speaking of awesome Wingers, *drumrollllllllllllllllllllll.........ding!* they SHALL BE HERE TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yippeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!! Huzzah!!!!!!! Can't wait!!!!!!!! BUT nobody's probably reading this except the faithful Nana and Grandpa because all the AR friends are at church camp. *You weirdos!* Kidding yall!!!!!!!!
God Bless us all!!!!!!!!!!

I hereby call an INTERNET REVOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VERSE OF THE DAY: "You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden…” Matthew 5:14
We had one Soccer Saturday!!!! J-dude had a game first and the Tigers won like 13-2. THEN we zipped to to where Dad was coaching Jess's game and watched the second half of his 11-0-ish win. Sticks had a game after lunch, but Swoosh broke the winning streak:( Boooooo!:P
Lets go back in time to J-dude's 7th birthday. He opened an envelope and pulled out a ticket. He didn't know what it was at first, but Sticks took one look, gasped, and did that spin he does when he can't believe something and it's so cool. It was a ticket to the opening Colorado Rapids soccer game against (guess who) LA GALAXY!!!!!!!!!! For those of you who don't know soccer, David Beckham, the biggest soccer player in America and almost the world, is on that team along with Sticks's "friend" Landon Donavan - the awesome short guy from the USA Men's National team. Turned out Sticks got a ticket for his early birthday present, AND... we skip back in time to where we were before.
So the go to the game early, hoping to catch David Beckham for pictures and autographs. We girls and littleuns had macaroni & cheese with hot dogs for dinner. Yum! Then we girls watched A NEW HOPE until the guys came home. Well, we didn't really WATCH it, per se. We were kinda busy laughing about how Obi-wan has the same clothes on as he does 20 years earlier and the New Yorker way to say "Garbage Compactor" (Jazzy, ya feelin me?). But the guys came home with David Beckham jerseys on, ice cream, and these cool loud horns. Turns out they didn't get to meet Beck, but Dad got some cool pictures of him! BUT!!!!!! Rad as this guy and Donavan and Ruise(sp) are, CO won 4-0!!!! The guys say it was so cool. Sounds so cool!!!!!
It's snowing outside, but believe it or not folks, SPRING IS HERE!!!!!!!! I can tell because the little flowers in our yard are out and the little birdies are back!!!!!!!! All I've seen mostly in the bird line are big noisy geese and the occasional crow. But the little birdies are here!!!!!!! HUZZAH!!!!!!!! Thank you God for little birdies!! They are very much nicer than big ones.
Ah, and it comes to it now. The fateful moment. A bit back, I started posting of the Girls of God Blog after a long delay. I noticed a little something. These blogs may be familiar. You may even be an author of blogs like Undercover, Soli Deo Gloria, or Extreme Revival. Anyway, I noticed that some of these blogs were getting, well, slow. Nobody commented anybody else. Sometimes posts took a long time too, but it was the lack of encouragement that bugged me most. I thought, "We are all friends in real life that share the same beliefs in a lost world- why don't we talk about it and encourage each other on the most widespread thing on earth - the internet?" I thought I should do something about it, but I wasn't sure quite what besides just commenting people myself. THEN I felt a revolution coming on. THEN it turns out I wasn't the only one! My dear bestest friend Emy has started a blog called Jesus Freak Teens for anyone who wants a internet revolution like us!!!!! I think the next step is to promote each other's devotion blogs when we can, comment each other, post on our own blogs, and most of all pray for each other. My point:
I hereby call an INTERNET REVOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope you'll all join me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Snaps for Brothers!

True Peyton didn't lead his team to fame and fortune. But his dear brother, Eli Manning took his New York Giants to Dallas to beat..... ROMO and the DALLAS COWBOYS!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so happy for the boy and happy that the Cowboys never got any better than the Colts. Now let us watch an inspiring clip of Peyton beating Eli up.
God Bless us every one!

Why? WHY????????

VERSE OF THE DAY: Let your unfailing love surround us, LORD, for our hope is in you alone. Psalm 63:3 (How does the verse always fit pretty good? I guess now my hope is that Dungee stays!!!!!!)
My Indianapolis Colts lost to the chargers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BARELY!!!!!!!!!! Why? WHY?????????? Please do not laugh in comments, this is extremely unfunny. They have to leave!!!!!!! They're done with this season!!!!!!!!! Peyton the Manning threw like 2 picks!!!!!!!!!! Addai and Keith kept switching out as RB b/cuz they were both hurt!!!!!!!!! Bob Sanders (NFL Defensive player of the year) got smashed up and became a benchwarmer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the final seconds Peyton knew what he had to do and nothing got done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To the CHARGERS of all things!!!!!!!!! Without even LT!!!!!!!!!!!! Top it all off with the Coach extraordinaire Christian best-selling author perhaps Tony Dungee LEAVING US!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been crying ever since. Let me leave you with some pictures of the team I will not see till next season. Play some sort of sad song in your head. I don't want to think of one right now.
Quarterback Coolness
Victories are a thing of the past:(
Our kicker Adam Vinatari

"Here's what we gotta do..."

"What kinda call was that?" I couldn't agree more.

Reggie Wayne, I feel your pain

Dungee and Manning... *sniff*

I need to babysit soon so I should stop my groveling and weeping and gnashing of teeth and my barrowing that can only come from the bitterly bummed out. I can't help it!! Man, don't yall hope I don't play fantasy football next season? Then what shall become of me? I want to play anyway though.

God please bring my favorite coach back and bless every bit of Horseshoe Hotness next season!

Birthday Cool Stuff!

VERSE OF THE DAY: Look upon me with love; teach me your decrees. Psalm 119:135

Now commences the post about my birthday.
I woke up and we had some bread and gravy. Yum! Then Dad let me open an envelope. It was a card that had Will Turner and Jack Sparrow on it. When you open it up, it plays the Pirates of the Caribbean theme! Heehee! Inside it said, "Wanna go to a wedding for some fun? Maybe in May?" HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Mom and Dad!!!!!!!!!! I was SOOOOOOO wanting to go to Sir Luke and Lady Lana's wedding!!!!!!! Arkansas, here we come!!!!!!!!!
Then Lucy gave me a neato pink desk chair for my new computerdesky thingy! Sticks and I put it together. There was also this box from Grandma H that I wasn't supposed to open until my birthday. It was a REALLY pretty quilt she made!!!!!!!!!!!! It's purple and white and a little bit of green. It looks awesome on my bed!!!!!!
We went to church and got back. Dad and I went out to eat lunch at Fuddruckers. I'd never been, and it was pretty good!!!!!! Went home, hung out, went to Home Depot for something and Emo and Mangnay came and gave me cool money!!!!!!!!!!! Neat!!!!!!!!! We had mexican for dinner, and Mom and Dad and Me and Lane watched Le Miserables with Liam Neeson and Geoffrey Rush. Not the best movie really, but rarely is there seen better acting!!!!!!!!! Awesome fun day!!!!!!!!!! Then the next day I woke up and I was still 16! I mean, how cool is that!!!!!!!!!!
Next day Mom and I went to the movies to see ENCHANTED. Goodgoodfunnyfunny! See it! Cute scene down there where I put videos. Today I took Sticks to National Treasure for Christmas. That is a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD movie!!!!!!!!!!! I love it!!!!!!!!!!!
So the moral of the story is, I am STILL 16, there ARE good movies out there, and Arkansas SHALL taste my there-ness soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"My command is your wish"

Indeed it is!
Last post I shall write being 15. Got a neat-o birthday call from Britters, Bekah, and Cole, and the latter gave her Dearly Beloved some vital messages from me:P So.... what do I post about? Lessee... some highlights of the year...
  • Moving away from Arkansas and my awesomest friends. That's not a cool one, huh? Well, the thing about said awesomest friends is that they call me and e-mail me and some visited and all kinds of stuff so I don't feel AS far away. (I'm still counseling Emy, I mean, how far away could I be?:P) You guys are amazing!
  • I got a Frog! An 8 pound one with blonde hair stinkin straight up out of his head! But now he weighs a lot more. He's really neat! He also occasionally goes by the name of "Zeke." Sometimes. But now he's cutting his first tooth (of course frogs grow teeth) and chewing on crackers and stuff! He also always want somebody to hold him. I'll tell you when he says his first word! He's the sweetest little guy.
  • Everybody but me and Lucy got the chicken pox. Brand new thing! We had a bunch of "chickens" for a while! But the chicken party was fun. Chickens like the Dickens, but no extra eggs. How does hat work?
  • I got a closer to friends I didn't know that well!
  • This is my first year in about three that I didn't finish the Bible. I would say that stinks, but I didn't want to this year. For this time it feels better to read and see what God has for you than feel like you're on a schedule.

I do believe that is not all, there's tons of stuff more that happened important in this year, but that would take a VERY long time to say! Besides, I think yall know most of it, thanks to this personal blog I've had for... just second lemme check... about 2 years now! Here's a lesson to you blog deleters (aka: Britter, Brando, Cole) When you are famous someday, then die, people won't know the history of your life! So keep your blogs and write away!!!!!

I think I'm done rambling about randomness of 15. See you when I'm older!:P

Wingycuzins are AWESOME!!!!!!

VERSE OF THE DAY: Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see. Hebrews 11

Yes folks, a few adventurous daredevily Arkanesians dared drive off the edge of the map to come visit the coloradigan Tagg End! It was sooooooooooo awesome!!!!! They stayed... uh... 3 or 4 days!!!!! Lessee if I can member a lot of stuff we did...
They got here in time for dinner on Thursday through about a foot of snow. Joy and ecstasy at the Tagg house! Ate some chili (and the food was good the whole time, Mom just asked me that) and then we gave the guys a tour and launched right into a full blown nerf gun fight. (No, they weren't tired after driving 14 hours. You crazy?:P) Then Dad and me and that JA went to play Rise of the Witch King on computers. Dad kicked me out of the game with some overboard petty-shooting. Then JA got him. Then we all went to bed.
Day 2 we got ready to sled!!!! Grabbed the Christmas sleds and headed to Caradrass in "the most snow Jake's seen in his whole life" with the dads. Dad took a bunch of pictures! Here are a few:

Comediantennis screamin like a girl!!! (Ok, not really. But screaming nonetheless)

Now for the hike back up the hill...
Mr. W!!!

Lane being a nut

Lane & Lou!

At least 2 of these guys are hitch-hikers!

Things REALLY started poppin when Lou and Jax started building a ramp! Here's Jake's attempt. Heehee!

Jax does the ramp weird!:P

All smiles!
Face-down flyin off the ramp
!

Sticks zinging
Lucy off the ramp *ow!*

Snow flies when Lane blows through!!!

Drallen & Comediantennis snowfighting

Is it possible to be the Joker AND the Penguin?

Jess getting some help on the hike home
I could post a zillion more but for the time and photo quality (kidding Dad). We sledded every day.

After having some hot chocolate and lunch, we... did all kinds of stuff! Heehee! Played some XBOX and all that jazz. Dad's laptop junked up. We had another egg nog night and watched MEET THE ROBINSONS again! Funfunfun! Then JA and I played that game again. And I lost again:Z So ANNOYING!!!

Next day was.... Saturday? J-dude watched his first of LOTR with Return of the King! He wasn't scared even (Emy). Played BATTLESHIP with Jakey and won! Cool! Jakey's awesome cuz I beat him!:P He's awesome for other things too, but that's beside the point people, stay ON TOPIC! Went to SAMS with Dad, Lucy, and Drallen. Had brisket for din-din and played JA. Lost again. Starting to become quite uncool, doncha think so? Drallen doesn't think so >:-[

Sunday we went to church. Then played star wars trivia and lost at that. HOW WEIRD IS THAT? I don't know what was wrong with me but I played awful! Checked out some Spy Corps FSS papers with the Squad and got those taken care of. Jakey's proved his stealth, Sticks has proved his eyeballs, and JT's proved his mettle. And his metal. Watched At World's End over the best food in the world (mexican) and had a universal vote that the first 2 movies were better. Dallas Cowboys lost that day as well. Hallelujah! Played JA again. Built a wall for the first time and then he insisted on attacking my base before I got all the points I wanted. I lost in half an hour. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRG! His Firey Catapults and Dwarves took out my stupid Ents. Let us skip the details. I need to branch out! Gonna build me a troll hero and try some new teams you son of a dark lord!!!! Then he beat Sticks pretty handily and took about 3 hours to beat Dad. I hear they finished at 2am and I fell asleep about 1:30 I guess. I need to beat Dad. THEN I can beat Drallen. They all left this morning and I'm sad:( Even though I let that dude get a perfect record. But I called to catch up with Emy and I plan to call them Wingys afore they get home. It's all too much too soon ya know? They're here, then they're gone. Slap me thrice and hand me to me mama. Well, it's worth bein sad now cuz of the awesomeness of having em here then. Besides, theysa comin back in the summer! And Lady's clan is comin in the spring! And it's New Year's Eve! No being depressed!

And BTW, let us start a dispute about grammar. "Dismount off ___" or "Dismount___" which is right?
